Shipping Policy

All orders that require shipping will be sent via USPS First Class shipping and only to the US. Once your order is shipped it can take 2-3 business days. This does not include handling time to process your order.  Every order shipped receives a tracking number before it leaves us. How Quickly Does My Order Ship?

We make it a point to communicate with our customers every step of the way. Purchases made on our site ship within 2-5 business days of confirming your order. Each item is made to order. Custom orders can take 5-7  business days depending on the size of the order. When your order is completed and paid for, an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking information is sent straight to your email.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.


Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged once you approve your design and paid the invoice.

Products purchased on our site can be exchanged. Please use the Contact Us section to begin the exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product(s) back to us.
